The man in the picture above is Chief Dan, an Edo state PDP Chieftain.. Well they said Chief Dan took a lady (prostitute) to a hotel and after everything he refused to pay the agreed amount. So the girl probably got upset and snapped him while he was resting. She then sent the picture to her friends who have circulated the picture on social sites. Chief Dan has vehemently denied being the one in the picture.... Check out both heads in the picture and tell us what you think!
