Cop and mistress busted through Facebook

The wife of a Cebu cop filed a complaint against her husband's infidelity after seeing photos of him and his alleged mistress on social networking site Facebook together. The cop's wife, who is a teacher, alleged that he barely gives any of his salary to the household to feed his three children.
The teacher alleged that her husband is having an affair with a criminology instructor, fathering a child with her, which is a violation against the Magna Carta for women which states that the law protects all women from all forms of abuse against women, albeit recurring in public or privately. It also states that all government agencies (such as the police department) shal give priority to the defense and protection of women against such abuses.
