The Norwegian court where mass killer Anders Behring Breivik is on trial has heard details of how his victims died, forcing lawyers to fight back tears - yet the killer showed no emotion.

Autopsies of the first nine victims were presented during the trial in Norway, as the court heard more intimate descriptions of the deceased.
The lawyers representing survivors and victims' family members were visibly choking back tears as they talked about those who died on the island of Utoya last year.
One man was called "the best dad in the world," while another victim was described as a bubbly young girl, who "spread laughter and joy".
Some family members left the courtroom crying as photos of their loved ones were shown, but Breivik still displayed no signs of emotion.
The far-right fanatic listened impassively throughout the 12th day of the trial as a police inspector and coroner described the gunshot wounds he had inflicted.
Of the 69 people who died on the island, 67 were shot to death, one died from a fall and the other from drowning, Torleiv Ole Rognum of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health told the court.
Thousands protested against Breivik's views by singing a peace song
Most victims were hit by two or three bullets, and 56 were executed by a shot to the head, Mr Rognum said.
It is expected to take all of next week to go through the post-mortem reports of the remaining victims.
Last week, tens of thousands of people protested against the anti-immigration views of Breivik by singing a peace song.
A crowd of 40,000 chose to sing Children Of The Rainbow because it is derided by the killer.
The majority of those that Breivik killed were teenagers attending a summer camp on the island hosted by the ruling Labour Party in July last year.
Before embarking on his shooting rampage, the 33-year-old bombed the government building that houses the Prime Minister's offices, killing eight people.
Breivik has been charged with committing "acts of terror" but although he admits he carried out the attacks, he refuses to plead guilty, insisting they were "cruel but necessary".
